Every trip, logged by itself
Trips and stops detected from the track, so each excursion has its own record without the guide writing anything down.
Excursions are sold in the morning and run in the afternoon, often by a boat you do not own for a guesthouse you do not answer to. When something goes wrong, the argument is always about when the boat left, where it went and how long the guests actually got.
A day of excursions is half a dozen short trips with different guests, different guides and different agents behind them. There is no fixed route and no timetable — just a boat that has to be in the right place, and an office fielding calls about it.
Dhuveli records each trip as a trip: when the boat left, which sites it stopped at, how long it stayed, and when it came back. The stops are named against real places — a sandbank, a named snorkelling site, a wreck — because the reference set behind it is the same one published in the dive site list. A guest who felt short-changed and a guesthouse asking why can both be answered from the record instead of from memory.

Snorkelling sites, sandbanks, wrecks and picnic islands by name, not coordinates.
Send the live map to the agent or guesthouse that sold the trip. No app, no login, and it expires when you say.
Keep agents, bookings and running balances alongside the boats that serve them.
Assign the guide and crew to each scheduled trip, and keep the day straight.
Attach photos and notes to a trip, so a complaint has something factual behind it.
Yes. Departure, each stop, time at each stop and the return are detected from the track and kept, so "we were only out two hours" is answerable from the record rather than from memory.
Yes, through a share link that opens in any browser without an account. You set when it expires, so it does not keep working after the trip.
Many of them — the atlas carries 150 named dive and snorkel sites, plus wrecks and reefs, and you can add your own. Stops are named against those automatically.
No. A tracked boat belongs to your workspace whoever owns it, and you can stop tracking one the day you stop chartering it.
We will set up a workspace with your vessels in it so you can judge it on your own operation rather than a demo of ours.
